Apply For A Home

Habitat is not a giveaway program. Families who want to apply for a home must meet established criteria and pay for the cost of the home. These criteria are:

• Living in sub-standard housing
• Meeting income guidelines
• Partnering with Habitat by working volunteer hours

The homes are sold to partner families at no profit and with no interest is charged on the mortgage. Families who may not qualify for a traditional mortgage are encouraged to apply.
